These terms govern your use of brothercarp.com and anything you buy or join through it, operated by Brothercarp Ltd (Company No. [COMPANY NUMBER]). By using the site, buying a product or becoming a member, you agree to these terms.

1. Using the site

You may use the site for your own lawful, personal use. You agree not to misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or copy, scrape or redistribute its content except as expressly allowed below.

2. Our content and intellectual property

All films, photography, guides, written content and branding on Brothercarp are owned by Brothercarp Ltd or used under licence, and are protected by copyright. When you buy a digital product or join the Academy you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use that content for your own learning. You may not resell, share, republish or redistribute it.

3. Digital products and downloads

Guides, packs, presets and tools sold through the shop are digital products delivered by download or account access. Prices are shown on the product page [and include VAT where applicable — confirm once VAT registered]. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider. Because these are digital products supplied immediately, your right to cancel is limited once you start the download (see our Refunds & Cancellations policy).

4. Academy membership

5. Cancelling your membership

You can cancel your Academy membership at any time from your account or by emailing info@brothercarp.com. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period already paid for. See Refunds & Cancellations for your statutory rights.

6. Liability

Our content is educational and shared in good faith. We do not guarantee specific results from following any guide or course. To the extent permitted by law, Brothercarp Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. None of this affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

7. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the current version always lives on this page. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
