We want you to be happy with what you buy from Brothercarp Ltd. This policy explains your rights to cancel and get a refund. It does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
1. Digital products (guides, packs, presets, tools)
These are digital downloads supplied immediately. Under UK law you normally have 14 days to cancel a purchase, but for digital content that right ends once the download or access begins, where you have agreed to that and acknowledged you lose the right to cancel. We ask you to confirm this at checkout, so once you have started the download, the sale is final unless the product is faulty or not as described.
2. Academy membership
- 14-day cooling-off: when you first subscribe, you have 14 days to cancel for a full refund, unless you have started using the member content and agreed to waive that right at sign-up.
- Cancelling later: you can cancel any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the period already paid for. We do not give part-period refunds for time already used, unless the service was faulty.
- Founding pricing: if you cancel and rejoin later, current pricing applies.
3. Faulty, wrong or misdescribed products
If something you bought is faulty, will not download, or is not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Email us within a reasonable time and we will put it right.
4. How to request a refund or cancel
Email info@brothercarp.com with your name, order or account details and what the issue is. We aim to respond within [5 working days — confirm]. Approved refunds are made to your original payment method.
